John Lorch Obituary
John was employed at the China Lake Naval Weapons Center as an electronics engineer for twenty-nine years. After retirement, he was a teacher of mathematics at Cerro Coso Community College for about 11 years. John was a musician and treasurer for the Christ the King Anglican church for over 20 years.
John is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Lynn Biddick Lorch, and their two children, Lynnette Lorch and Matthew Lorch. John is also survived by his brother, David Lorch and Sister-in-Law, Nancy Lorch and their three children and two grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph Lorch and Ferne Anderson Lorch.
The celebration of life service for John will be at Christ the King Anglican Church on October 25, 2025, at 10:00 am, located at 437 W. Wilson Ave. Ridgecrest, CA. John's burial service will be at the Bakersfield National Cemetery on October 27, 2025, located at 30338 East Bear Mountain Blvd., Arvin, CA. All are welcome to attend John's services.
