My deepest sympathies to Johnny's loved ones. We were kids together and I loved his family so much. Jo-Jo, Vinny, Rose Mary and Anthony. But especially John and Mom, Mary. Rest In Peace Johnny. Be with the angels. Linda DaCosta Moore.

Although I had not seen John in years I thought of him when I watched a Met's game. We attended one together when we were both home on leave. My thoughts and prayers are with the family. God Bless.

Dear Magistro family,
It is with much sadness that I learned of the death of John.
Although I haven't seen John in many years, I remember with fondness the friendship we had and the fun we shared growing up together; sharing time and playing sports at Riverview Playground.
I pray that The Lord be with you during this time of sadness and give you strength as you mourn John's passing. May God grant him eternal peace.

Sincere condolences to the entire family. John was a dear friend for over 50 years.
There weren't many situations where he couldn't find some way to make way to make me laugh out loud.
