Dr. John Lawson Magruder

I did not know this Doctor personally. I know he treated my grandson and he loved him. I'm so sorry for this awful loss. Peace to the family.

I had the pleasure of working with John over the past five years. He had the best laugh. We could hear it a whole hallway away in clinic, and would have a hard time not smiling or chuckling in response. He was an amazing and energetic teacher. He had the most creative and memorable ways to explain concepts to his students, coworkers, patients and their families. (I'll never look at Pop Tarts the same way again.) He was also good at building up other people's confidence in their abilities and knowledge, and treated everyone with respect. He had my back more than once when it was needed. I hope he knows how much we miss him and how much he meant to us.

I´m so very sorry for your loss. John sounds like a wonderful man, and my heart goes out to you all.
