My mentor and best friend in the medical field . First met Dr John A Mapp,
when I was 6 . I always looked up to my HERO. I ran track down the street at Norfolk Catholic. Granby was down the street. My family was attended by FCFP.
His mother and my MUM worked together. Sad to see a legend pass before the community. He was a BIG asset in Va. Beach. He had the hospital built with Dr Robert J Robinson. God bless his family. Mark A Raunser

Uncle John was such a sweet, kind man. He always greeted everyone with a huge smile and a hug. I have fond memories of hangin' on the beach with all the Mapps! Love to you all
