Also, preceding John in death was a sister, Patricia Briggs.
Surviving is his sisters, Mary (Kenneth) Swearingen; Barbara (Joe) Rabenau; Janice (Scott) Liescheidt, and brother Jim Martin.
John was a dedicated employee for Lozier Oil Company in Farmington.
Per John's wishes, there will be no services, cremation rites will be accorded through Anderson-Sedgwick Funeral Home in Farmington. Private family burial of ashes will take place in Oak Ridge Cemetery in Farmington at a later date. Memorials can be made to the Farmington Rescue Squad 1100. I worked with John at Lozier and he was a really good person and a great guy to work with. He was quiet but always friendly no matter what was going on.
