Dr. John Douglas McCarroll DVM

The equine industry has lost one of the greatest Veterinarians to ever have practiced and the world has lost a great, kind and humble man. He will certainly be missed . Condolences to his family. Dr McCarroll was our vet for many years .

So saddened to hear of Jeepers passing. I met him in junior high in Pampa, Texas and we were instantly friends. Truly one of the nicest, most genuine guys I´ve ever known. My prayers are with Jeanne and all the family during this sad time. I know they all have great memories to carry them. I am so honored to have known Jeeper - he was one of a kind.

John McCarroll will always be in my prayers and memory. He brought joy to me every time I would see him at his clinic. He had a sweet smile that I always looked forward to even if the circumstances were about an injured horse. My sympathies are with Jeanne and his family; he will be forever missed.

Did not meet Dr John, but highly respect Duncan, and appreciate all of the descriptions of who he was, and how cherished family, and helped so many people. Prayers and best wishes to all his family and friend.

Although I just recently met Dr. McCarroll, our one time visit left me feeling like I had found an old friend. I was also impressed with his knowledge and desire to help. May he RIP

To Dr. McCarroll's family, my deepest sympathies to you all. I was fortunate to meet Dr. McCarroll (under not so fortunate circumstances), and had the opportunity to get to know him through my work for him. He was such a kind man, and had such a large heart and love for the animals he treated. He will be greatly missed, but I know he will live on in the hearts of his friends and families, and the legacy he leaves behind. With my deepest respects, Reagan Boyce
