John Francis Merkler Jr.

At Nightingale School, Chicago, IL. He was my PE teacher and I was part of the button club which he lead. May you rest in peace Mr. Merkler.

Please accept my deepest sympathy.... John was there almost every Saturday with a welcoming smile and greeting before entering St. Matthew´s... he is missed.

My condolences to all of John's family. He used to assist me in directing plays at Cardinal Bernardin School, and you couldn't have asked for a better helping hand. You are missed, John!!
