John Nathan Molitoris, 66, of Buckhart, passed away on Friday, May 2, 2025 at his residence.
John was born in Springfield, IL. on February 8, 1959, the son of Eugene and Beverly (Bales) Molitoris.
He worked dependably for the Department of Corrections for 25 years, happily retiring to enjoy a simple life. He was endlessly generous, giving willingly to a good cause, a family member or a person in need on the street.
He is preceded in death by his parents, and one brother, Charles Molitoris.
John is survived by his siblings, Joe (Cindy) Molitoris, Carolyn (John) Hudec and Jennifer Kirby as well as several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 10:30-11:30AM at Wilson Park Funeral Home on Monday, May 12, 2025. A Burial will follow the visitation at Rochester Cemetery.
Memorial donations may be made to Central Illinois Foodbank.
