RIP, John - my 1st and most inspiring mentor at Nestle. You created the desire in me to launch my career and to aspire to follow in your footsteps in the company. As one of the many you took under your wing, I vowed to use the tools, skills and knowledge you passed to me to have a successful Nestle career. I retired 3 years ago and trust that I served you well with character and with mentoring a new generation in the Nest. I have often recalled the sunshine you brought into the Burlington factory on your early morning walkthroughs each day. I used to tell the story in my training classes of how you would take all of us shift superintendents to places in the factory we didn't know existed to explain to us exactly how things worked at every step of the process.
