PENDLETON- John K. Patrick, 74, of Pendleton, passed away November 22, 2025.

He was born on November 4, 1951, in Corydon, Indiana. He was a Pendleton resident for 37 years, having moved from Charlestown, Indiana.

John was a 1969 graduate of Charlestown High School and was an Air Force veteran.

He was a truck driver in the transportation industry from 1979 to 1983 before moving into office management from which he retired in 2019.

A motorhead since birth, John as an auto enthusiast was a member of the No Name Car Club and the Indianapolis Corvette Club.

Survivors include his wife of 45 years, Kathy O. (Davis) Patrick whom he married, April 19, 1980; daughters, Jackie (Greg) Adams and Veronica (Charles “Matt”) Shepherd; and grandchildren, Lilly, Carson and Delaney Adams and Owen, Jackson and Grayson Shepherd.

John was preceded in death by his parents, John Wendell and Lillie (Horton) Patrick, and sister, Phyllis Roberts.

A visitation will be held from 3 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, November 25, 2025, at Bozell Funeral Homes and Crematory, Lahm Chapel, 211 E. State St., Pendleton, Indiana 46064.

A graveside service with military honors and burial will be held at 2 p.m., Wednesday, November 26, 2025, in Charlestown Cemetery, 596 Harrison St., Charlestown, Indiana 47111.

Memorial contributions may be made to Pendleton Community Library, Attn: Read 'n' Feed, 595 E. Water St., Pendleton, IN 46064.
