My condolences to the Perko family. My mom, Bea Bradford, was a McGraw House resident on the second floor (passed in 2010), which is where I met John. He welcomed Mom to McGraw House and was definitely the life of the party, full of fun, so smart and funny. It was always fun to visit Mom and spend the 2nd floor's 5:00 gathering being entertained, mostly by John. He was also a very kind soul! Barb Preston Springfield

I've known John since our NYSE&G days. Truly a gentleman, great personality, always willing to help someone/anyone in need. God bless you John, may you rest in the arms of our savior Jesus.
