John R. Pfeifer M.D.

John was born on August 18, 1934 and passed away on Thursday, June 4, 2009. John was a resident of Bloomfield Hills, Michigan at the time of his passing. He worked diligently in school and earned a scholarship to the University of Saskatchewan and a place in the accelerated medical school program. While attending medical school, his life changed forever when he met Jeanne Pachal. He was married to Jeanne. Family will receive friends Sunday (today) 6-9p.m. at A.J. Desmond & Sons (Vasu, Rodgers & Connell Chapel), 32515 Woodward Ave., (btwn 13-14 Mile). Funeral service Monday 11a.m at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 37425 Woodward Ave., Bloomfield Hills. Visitation begins at church 10a.m. In lieu of flowers, family suggests memorial tributes to the John R.
