My sincerest condolences to the Phillis family. JT always had a smile for us!!..My son is named after him. Dave Witham & I used to visit the family in Maryland. He & his sister Nicole used to argue who got the baby, when we showed up. Love the Phillis family. Edna Carroll-Witham
