Mr. John always made me welcome in his home. I loved his humor and his laugh. He was a big part of my youth. He raised three good sons.

Mr. John was a good man. I can remember going on camping trips with the Royal Rangers. Mr. John was also known as the Candy man from gum to candy he was always trying to give you some. My prayers go out to all the family

John Raynor was an awesome man. He had a smile that would light up Texas and a Christian witness that was incredible. I was fortunate to attend church with him and to see him every Sunday. While growing up in some difficult circumstances, he was always encouraging to me and ready to give me a "pat on the back". I am grateful that my path crossed his as I was growing up. Surely he was a true man of God. I will be always grateful.

Wow what a wonderful person we have seen go to rest high on the mountain. What a joy it would have been to see Jesus hand Mr. John his keys to his mansion. Praise God this precious man is finally home. He was such a blessing and inspiration to many. Let me testify of his love and concern for me. I attended the same church with him for years. He was my Royal Ranger Commander. He was the chairman of our Deacon board for years. He was my boss on the our job. But more than anything he was my brother in Christ and my friend. He was John F. Raynor, a man of dignity and truth. He loved his family, his church, and I knew he loved me. I used to really enjoy going to his home and eating fish with him. I respected him greatly because he earned it. He told me one day, "son I will never ask you to do anything that I would not do myself". He was that kind of man. Strong, brutally Honest, and Smart. He was the best electrician I have known. He was a family man, he talked about you guys all the time. He served God with passion and labored tirelessly for the young men of PFWB denomination. Commander John you are my hero. I am a better person having Known you. God bless all the family, thanks for sharing your Dad with all of us. Rest in peace My friend, I love you and all our memories.

My heart is heavy , knowing that " Uncle John" has left behind three wonderful sons . He was a Christian man for as long as I can remember him. He worked with my dad , Glenn Carson , for many years as electricians, and they were good friends for a long time. My condolences go out to Mark, Phillip, and Bruce. I pray that God will comfort your hearts. I love you all.

Having known Mr. Raynors son, Mark, for over fifty years and knowing the man he is, I feel confident in knowing the type man John Raynor had to have been. Therefore all should be grateful for having had him in their lives and sharing the journey by his side. Blessings to all...

I used to sit in his Sunday School class many years ago. I knew Jewel and her family all my life. They were wonderful people and I know John is rejoicing in heaven and will be missed greatly. God will comfort all the family and friends.

One of the best men I grew up around besides my dad. A man of integrity and love. He really cared about everyone and would do what he could to help you (like loaning me his green "bug" for a week when I was in college because my parents were on vacation and I was unable to get up with them). He was a great man of God. Praying for you Mark, Philip and Bruce, and your families. May God comfort your hearts in knowing where he is and that he's reunited with his precious "Jewel". Love you all
