Hey, Pop,
Miss you more and more! So many times I think, I wish Pop was here to talk to about this or that. I think of some of the struggles you have dealt with and sometimes, we as your children, never really understood. I understand more and more. And love you more and more. I am proud of you. You were a strong person. I wish I could go fishing with you! Love you, Pops. So much.

Sorry to know of the passing of John.
John and I first met when he joined our IPCS team on the BigDig project and as with John we became fast friends. He was a terrific coworker always bringing his pleasant and wide smile to work each day. While John was a mild man he loved things that move fast; planes and driving cars we were always sure to have others drive the project vehicles.

When John finally moved on to full retirement he would always find the time to stay in touch and until the last few years would continued to join us at our annual gathering of colleagues from the BigDig project.
Among the many qualities I admired about John I will always remembers his commitment to his large family and devotion to his church, a quality I'm sure he as passed on to many others.

We will miss you John and your kindness but are comforted in knowing you are now surely in a heavenly place.

John was a fine engineer, a good friend and made a major contribution to the Central Artery/ Tunnel Project. His great spirit and good humor made our work very enjoyable.
He is missed.

The Manhattan College alumni community shares the grief, and is now praying for our fellow alumni and the family at this time. The Alumni Office has been informed. As well as the Jasper Jottings community that I personally can reach. We are all a little poorer now. "No man is an island, entire of itself ... any mans death diminishes me". We are sorry for your loss.

Deepest condolences to his family, Diane, & all who loved him. John was an amazing man. I have a million stories but few adequate words. The world is poorer for his passing away.
