Maureen, Pat,Katie, and Brianna . . I just got a surprise visit from your Marine. ( so amazing ) and he told me of your Dad's passing. Know that you are in our thoughts and prayers at this difficult time. Your Dad was such a delight to chat up and I am glad to have known him . .. Patrick, Kathleen, Brianna: Sorry for the loss of your Grandpa. Our thoughts and Prayers are with you through this hard time.

We will always have many great memories of Uncle John and his big voice, big laugh, and ever present smile. I was fortunate enough to be the ring bearer at his and Aunt Jean's wedding. When John first came home from the Navy he stayed at my parents house for a while which was great fun for me. I remember his beautiful turquoise and white '55 BelAir. And I remember the picture of him on the deck of the USS Sullivan Saluting the flag wearing a white t-shirt with a big shamrock on it, that was in the newspaper. Love you Uncle John, rest in peace.

Our condolences to John Patrick's family. I worked with John and went to many away trips to NYC for SU football and Yankee and Mets games with Ange Caruso and Pete Carnrite. I remember the first time driving down to NYC to a Yankee game and going to Mama Leone's. He was a good friend and we will miss him.
