Jack was a dear friend and colleague. We had many lively discussions about national and world events. I will miss his `world famous´ nachos. Jack did make this world a better place for all of us. I will miss him

Uncle Jack put me on my first oversized two wheeler and push me off into space. I crashed down the hill but it started my travels around the world. He was a great example in academia, national service and family. RIP
