Aunt Eleonore, Gail and Lori,
I am so sorry for your loss. Uncle John was such a great man. He was an inspiration to me. Some of my best memories were the summers I spent with all of you in Barnesboro when I was a kid. One of the best lessons Uncle John taught me during that time was responsibility. I guess Heaven needed a great Optometrist and Johnny needed some help. My thoughts are with you all. Love Gary, Allie, and Nick.

Gail, It was indeed an honor to have known your father if only for a short time. His humor and love and caring were who he was and will always be in our memories. I love you. Mrs. S - thank you for letting me walk with you on this part of the journey. My love and respect to all of the family. Lori and girls - thank you for letting me be part of your BIG extended family. Your sudden lose is heaven's gain. I was a patient early in life. and always appreciated his interest in how I felt about glasses and vision, but much more. He gave me something to think about whenever I
left the appointment, something that made me a better person. I always felt so badly that your family has suffered loss before this too.
God bless you all and be comforted that his memory will live on in more ways that you will never know.

Thank you all for your love and prayers. My dad left the earth suddenly...but we think he was ready to go. We all have another angel now. This one is formidable----he's a marine!
