John A. Sardella Jr.

John A. Sardella Jr. age 81, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 9, 2022 surrounded by family at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, OH. John was born May 18, 1940 in Columbus, OH to the late John Sr. and Mary Sardella. He retired from Columbia Gas Systems Service Corporation after many years of service. John was a devoted grandfather, an avid bowler and enjoyed playing poker and cheering on the Ohio State Buckeyes. John is survived by Diana Sardella; his son, Shawn (Amanda) Sardella; grandchildren, Jacen, Emma, Grace, Hannah, and Evan; brother, Joseph Sardella; nephews, Mark, Kevin, and Joey; numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and many friends. Visitation will be Thursday, March 17, 2022 from 4 until time of funeral service at 6 p.m. at the O.R. WOODYARD CO. Northwest Chapel, 2990 Bethel Rd. in Columbus, OH.
