John joined us on so many awesome trips and cruises. He always had a smile and was very bright and was always kind and generous.

I worked with John at The Bon Ton. He never let his disabilities stand in his way. He knew no barriers. He had the fortitude to complete his bachelor's degree, his master's degree and continue to go on and build a successful career in Information Technology. He was also a great conversationalist. We had many interesting conversations about many topics. I admired and respected his strength, intelligence, empathy and sense of humor. He may have passed on way too soon, but he lived his life to the fullest and had no regrets. I will take that with me. He will be missed.

I met John in college where we were both members of the speech team. We had many great experiences competing against other college teams.
We continued our friendship over the years by getting together for an annual summer reunion in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. Those are lifetime memories.
I most recently saw John in September 2023 at another team reunion, pictured below. Ironically, we talked about our lives and careers. It impressed me when John said that he had led a happy and fulfilled life, and that he felt he had made a positive impact on the people around him.
I will always remember John as a happy man who never let anything get in the way of living his life to the fullest. He was a true inspiration to those whose lives he touched, and I´m happy to be among them.
Rest in peace, dear friend. I will never forget you.

I met and worked with John at The Bon-Ton Stores. I believe he came to our home and helped me with my first computer set up. He was a dear friend and always willing to help another.
