In Loving Memory of John Michael Selinsky
Born November 8, 1970, Phoenix, AZ
John was comfortably surrounded by family and friends as he quietly and peacefully passed on August 7th, 2025 in Prescott, AZ, after a year long struggle with pancreatic cancer. He will be dearly missed by all who loved and knew him.
Surviving are his wife, Lavinia (Lucescu) and step-children Harmony Rose and Sage, Mother Kathleen (Mark) Selinsky, Father Frederick (Cheryl) Selinsky, Brother Brian (Debra) Selinsky, John's Daughter Tyffani (Jake) Thomasson and 3 grandchildren, Lavinia's parents Mr. and Mrs. Mircea Lucescu, Uncles Mike Selinsky and Jim Selinsky.
John's wishes were not to have a funeral service, but to have a celebration of his life at the lake where he married Lavinia, the love of his life. Plans for that celebration will be provided at a later time.
John will be cremated and his ashes returned to the family. Those who would like to honor his memory, please donate to a charity of your choice.
Heartfelt thankyou's to Hospice of the West nurses Ashley & Alex, CNA Ariel, Dr. Kevin Doyle, and Good Samaritan Society Marley House, for their supportive hospice care.
