We came by your house today in the big snowstorm to see if you guys were ok and if you needed anything. The house was empty and dark. Then we found John's obituary on the internet -- we are so sad. Many condolences to you, Valerie, and to your family. We know John will be dearly missed. He was a sweet man.

Val, we are so sorry for the loss of your husband. So many memories and so many smiles. My heart aches for you. Please cherish the memories and keep them close, they will revisit you many times over! Took me a while to connect the dots. Hugs my friend!

I am Johns wife (Valerie) of 45 years, we had such a wonderful relationship all the years together (of course we would have some serious conflicts) but I miss him SO MUCH and my heart is BROKEN with out John, but I will NEVER, NEVER find anyone as loving and funny and TALKATIVE as my John, I will always have GREAT memories of my LOVE, I miss you John and will love u til GOD takes me, Love you BABE Valerie

John and my brother Steve were the best of friends..they were always together...riding theirhorses...going to town to see girls,,always together.. I know friendships like that never die.

John,you were a good friend and we all will miss you.
