May John (yardbird) Rest In Peace. A part of my heart is empty knowing he has passed, even though I have not been in contact with him for over 35 years. On many occasions I have recalled, with a smile on my face, the good times we shared. John was one of my best friends in the high school years. We met while working night shift at the chicken plant and we learned many life changing lessons together! He was a great person and everyone admired him, as knowing him just made life better.
