I have very few photos, but these are a few of my favorites of John.

I believe this is the last photo I have a John Spellman, he was out with me and our friends. RIP John!

My deepest condolences to all John's friends and family! I am shocked and so very sad to learn that John passed away unexpectedly. I hadn't heard from him in about a year or so and I had no idea he was ill.

John was a liver of life! It was rare he didn't enjoy each day. Smart and knowledgeable -- forever a savior for technical issues. I personally recommended John to many of my friends and colleagues and they all were so pleased.

John and I met at work in 1997. We quickly became a very happy couple for about 6 years. He was the love of my life for all those years.

I only hope and wish that he is at peace, and send God's Blessings to him and his family. Alisa Weber Rigney

As a client of John's it was hard to not think of him as a friend. He was a part of our little family at Hilliard Architects. The last time I saw him I was in Oakland at our office; him and I then shared a ride on BART back to the city as we reminisced on the good ole days back when we were both much younger and San Francisco felt like a different place. I will miss our phone calls and all the cat photos we shared. Condolences to his many friends and family.
