John Joseph St. George, 62, of Augusta Georgia, passed away on August 8, 2025.
John was born at Ft. Meade, Maryland to James and Catherine St. George on October 30, 1962. He graduated from Penfield High School in 1980.
He served as a United States soldier and then worked as a Department of the Army Civilian for the US Government for a combined 30 + years in civil service.
He was involved in multiple organizations such as Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) and American Legion.
John is preceded in death by his father and mother, James and Catherine St. George.
John is survived by his five siblings, Mary St. George (Kirk Jones), James St. George (Kim), Charles St. George (Cindy), Patrick St. George (Michelle Shaw) and Jule Reiter (Terry). Along with numerous nieces and nephews and their extended families. He leaves behind many friends from Post 63, American Legion.
A Celebration of Life will be held at American Legion Post 63 90 Milledge Rd. Augusta, GA 30904 on Sunday, August 24th at 2:00 p.m.
