John was a great coach and mentor. I'm confident that he could've easily succeeded at coaching on a higher level but he knew where his heart was. He used methods to tap into his mentee's potential that were both relatable and authentic. He genuinely strived to help his players become the best versions of themselves on & off the court, in the present & the future. Rest in peace, Coach!
