John Vernon Obituary
He is preceded in death by his Father and Mother: Howard and Rosie Vernon and one sister: Mary Jo Hornback.
Mr. Vernon is survived by his loving wife: Clara Vernon. Three Daughters: Karen Murray (Michael), Donna Sholar (Phil) and Teresa Reynolds (Roy). Eight Grandchildren, 13 Great-Grandchildren and Six Step-Great-Grandchildren. Two nieces: Gayle Simpson and Linda Hisel.
His Funeral Service will be 1:00 pm Thursday April 2nd, 2026, at the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church in White City, Kentucky. Visitation will be at the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church in White City, Kentucky on Thursday from 11:00 am until service time. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Memorial donations in Mr. Vernon's name can be made to the Alzheimer's Association of Kentucky or their favorite charity of choice.
