John Villecco Obituary
John was a 1973 graduate of Girard High School. After graduating high school, John started working for the Girard Police Department as a dispatcher and retired as a captain in 2012 after 38 years, after dedicating his life to the city of Girard. After retirement John continued to work for Police Benevolent Fund.
He was a member of St. Rose Church and the Girard F.O.P. Lodge #52. John enjoyed going to the casino's, was a car, plane and train enthusiast and had a great memory for numbers of any kind.
He is survived by his two Godson's, John and Ben Norman and a host of cousins. Besides his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Anthony Villecco.
Private services were held at Blackstone Funeral Home on Saturday, March 2nd. John was laid to rest at Girard City Cemetery.
