John Romie Womble was a Deacon and faithful member of Roberts Chapel BC in Goldston, NC.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Annette M. Womble; daughter, Barbara Hayes; two sisters, Vida Robinson, and Dorothy Thompson; two brothers, Lushion Womble, and Rev. Bobby Womble.
He leaves to cherish his memories: one sister, Virginia Bush of Ossining NY; his children, Mary Graham (Bruce), Regina Mclntyre (Freddie), Hyman Wallace (Gloria), Terry Wallace (Rosa), and Cheryl Hammond; grandchildren, Dionne, Kenneth (Lori), Terrence (Erica), Kevin, Keldin (Darrie) Jasmine, Tera (Dorain) Shakina, Shemika, Freddie, Jade, Desmond, Jocelyn, Tyrell, Latonya Frazelle (Lewis); twenty-eight great grandchildren; and nine great great grandchildren. He also leaves a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
