Johnathan Thomas Hefner, 30, of Vale, passed away Wednesday, July 5, 2023 at Catawba Valley Medical Center.
Born March17, 1993 in Catawba County, he was the son of Donna Marie Mingus Hefner and Marty Franklin Hefner of Vale, NC.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Brittany Danielle Hefner; brother, Zachary Paul Hefner; and grandparents: Shirley Underwood and Frank Hefner.
Johnathan was a good son, grandson and brother.
He attended Fred T. Foard High School. Johnathan will be deeply missed.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by two brothers: David Alan Hefner and Bradley Franklin Hefner, all of Vale; four children: Kaidn Rich Hefner, Johnathan Issac Lloyd Hefner, Sophia Danielle Hefner, and Alexander Kane Hefner; grandparents: Phyllis and Ron Mace of Vale and Paul David Mingus, Sr. of Newton, NC.
His family will have a private memorial service at a later date.
