Johnny Anderson, 73, of Watauga, Texas, passed away on December 31, 2024. Born on October 4, 1951, in Dallas, Texas, Johnny graduated from Trimble Tech High School.
Johnny married the love of his life, Barbara, on November 20, 1970. Together, they shared 54 wonderful years filled with love and devotion. Johnny often told Barbara he never truly understood the meaning of love until he met her and began their family.
Johnny dedicated 46 years to his career as a service manager at Ryder Transportation Services before retiring in 2016. He had a deep passion for John Wayne memorabilia and movies, but above all, his greatest joy came from spending time with his family. Johnny was incredibly proud of his three children, twelve grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
A devoted Christian, Johnny loved the Lord with all his heart. He is now healthy and whole, rejoicing with loved ones who have gone before him and standing in the presence of his Savior.
Johnny is survived by his beloved wife, Barbara; his three children, Cathy, Chaden, and Cammi; his twelve grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; as well as many other cherished family members and friends.
