Johnny was a close High School friend of my older brother, Robert Varkonyi. We knew Johnny so well during his High School years. I considered him a close friend of my family, especially during those coming of age years. I never saw him again after I went off to college, but he was a sweet and kind young man, and I am glad to read that he continued on his path as a true Cowboy. Rest in Peace Johnny, and thank you for all the rides home

Johnny Ray, my heart is filled with excruciating sadness and overflowing joy at the same time. Sadness because you will be greatly missed and you had plans left undone. Joy because you are safe in the arms of our Heavenly Father and we will see you again someday.
Rest easy and in peace knowing we will continue your legacy and will watch over Shannon and Mateo for you.
Mom, Dad, and everyone will keep praying for you as you play with Wrangler and ride Geronimo with the angels.
I will love you forever little brother. You will always be in our hearts. XO!
Love always,
Thalia
