Johnny Curtis Johnston Jr.

Johnny "Curtis" Johnston Jr. passed on November 9th, 2025, at his home, surrounded by his family. Curtis was born and raised in Ringgold, Georgia. He attended Ringgold High School and graduated in 1976. Curtis retired from Siskin Steel and Supply Company after 40 years of service. He found joy in his blacksmith work, as well as spending time with his family on his boat, which won with a "Pair of Jacks."

He is preceded in death by his parents, Johnny C. Johnston Sr. and Shelby Jean Eaves; grandparents, Marie Gordy and Elmer Frost, Ray and Retha Johnston; several aunts and uncles; nephew, Lee Long and great niece, Hailey Long.

Curtis is survived by his loving wife of 28 years, Pam Johnston; daughter, Kelley Johnston; sons, Cody (Erikka) Jordan and Casey (Alicia) Jordan; sister, Pamela Johnston; grandchildren, Kayelee, Laikleigh, Evan, Colton and Riley; along with several nieces and nephews with extended family.

The family will host a Celebration of Life on Wednesday, November 12th between the hours of 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Williamson and Sons Funeral Home with service performed by Lavonne Powell.
