She is preceded in death by her husbands, Reuben Massengill and Bill Longaker; and parents, Matt and Odessa Lay Perkins.
She is survived by her daughter, Renee Massengill; and a host of other family and friends to mourn her passing.
No services are planned.

We are so very sad to hear of Joline´s passing. We knew her birthday was this month and was going to send her a card and saw this sad news online. She was such a special and caring person. She was like a daughter to my grandmother, Jean Randolph. She will be sadly missed by our family. Our thoughts and prayers are with you Renee.
