Jon was--and remains--a legend, for his unintentionally hilarious and everlasting contribution to internet culture.

Jon really makes me smile when I watch his YouTube video, especially today. Happy Easter everyone.

I just discovered his wonderful videos on YouTube and was hoping he was still around today. RIP my friend.

Thanks for making us laugh & smile John. I discovered Mr Daker's famous performance on youtube as a young teenager, I don't think anything has ever made me laugh that hard. I'm nearly 30 now and it still makes me chuckle and I suspect its one of those funny things I'll laugh about until my time comes. Loved to see he was still around until recently and had a great sense of humor about the whole thing. RIP to a legend, John Daker.

My condolences to John´s family. I loved his legendary performances and I own a John Daker tshirt. He seemed like a great guy. I´m saddened to hear of his passing.

Jon was one of the first "stars" of YouTube. and thus, one of the first I ever saw. Years later, on Facebook, fans got together and Heather Schopp took us along as she befriended Jon and gave us a glimpse of the real man and his unique personality. I thank Heather and the staff at the home along with members of the Jon Daker Fan Club on FaceBook for sharing and celebrating this kind soul for the past few years with the world. Rest in Peace, Jon Daker!

I´m so sorry for your loss. Whether intentional or not, the laughter & pure joy I got from "That´s Amore" has brought light into my life & helped me through some dark times. He will be missed.
