I would like to express my condolences to Jon's family. I'm very sorry for your loss. I went to Schuylkill School with Jon many moons ago and remember him fondly. I also met his wife Ruth at Phoenixville Hospital when I delivered my son. She was so kind and caring. Wishing that you will find peace in your happy memories of Jon.

When we were in High School - Jon was instrumental in helping me to get a part time job at Bill Brady's Esso station where he worked. He taught me the ropes & was always a team player. We enjoyed every minute working there & were always busy. I remember Jon as one of the kindest, gentlest and most decent souls I have had the pleasure to know.

Jon and I go way back to Schuylkill School. I remember sleeping over a few times, playing baseball in their field, going ice skating on the Pickering. This picture was probably the second picture I ever took with my brand new Kodak Instamatic camera; Christmas 1963. Then we drifted apart in HS but we reconnected when he sponsored our softball team in the mid 70's; Hedrick's Overhead Garage Door Service. Jon was an all around good guy and will be missed. I think of him every time I drive past the old house across from Schuylkill School and at the intersection of 113 and Rapps Dam Rd. where Jon and his family lived in the 70's. RIP Jon.

We have very fond memories of Jon since our high school days. I worked together with Jon with the NYPUM program, group camping trips and other social activities. My husband and I were re-acquainted at a party at Jons place in 1978 and weve been together since. More recently we had an opportunity to have Jon visit our home where we enjoyed conversation and dinner together. Curt and I will miss Jon very much. Our condolences and prayers for his family. I've missed you since retiring from Superior. Wish you had more time to enjoy your life not working. Prayers for your family.
