Jon Daryl Parris
Born: July 16, 1942
Died: January 19, 2024
Jon Daryl Parris, 81, of Geneva, Illinois passed away peacefully on Friday, January 19th. He will be deeply missed by his children, family, and friends.
He was born in Sandwich, Illinois on July 16th, 1942, to Alfred and Jeannette (Gord) Parris.
Jon is survived by his two children, Emily Parris of Geneva, IL, and Jacob (Meghan) Parris of Iowa Falls, IA; his nephew, Kevin Allsup of St. Charles, IL, and his nieces, Kelly Allsup of Batavia, IL and Kari Mills of Cary, IL.
In addition to his parents, Jon is preceded in death by his wife of 26 years, Kathleen Parris, his sister, Joan (Robert) Allsup, and his niece, Kim (Dan) Coleman.
A visitation was held on Saturday, February 3rd at 1:00 p.m. with a 3:00 p.m. memorial service at Yurs Funeral Home, 1771 W State St., Geneva, IL. A private burial will be held at Oak Ridge Cemetery in Sandwich.

I´m so sorry for your loss. I remember dancing with Jon when we had dances in our driveway back in the late `50´s. This was on Oak Lane behind the Little Store on Rt 25 in St. Charles.
