Mr. Jonathan Brian "Jon" Winegar, age 59 of Hartwell, Ga., passed away on December 1, 2024
He was born April 26, 1965 in Othello, WA to the late Donald L. Winegar and Mary Moulding Winegar. He was the managing partner of Lake Hartwell Family Fun Center. He was a general contractor specializing in custom paint. He was former president of a pool league, loved riding his Harley, and loved working with the community at the arcade business.
He was preceded in death by two brothers: Rick Winegar and Steve Winegar.
Left to cherish his memories are; his wife, Laura Wood Winegar, children, Austin Winegar, Breanna Winegar, Robert Michael Babcock, III, Kirstin Donell Lowery and Amber Lynn Lowery, siblings, Pam Wall (Allen), Julie Winegar, Sue Richmond (Odell). Grandchildren, Aubriella, Kelisha "Keke" and Tinka. and a host of family and friends.
His request was cremation and the family will host a memorial gathering at a date to be announced. He will be laid to rest with his beloved fur baby, Marley. Family members will be at the home.
Services have been entrusted to Coile and Hall Funeral Directors, 333 E. Johnson Street in Hartwell.
