Heavy Metal played a large in our countries music. Jon made a large contribution to that. To Jon's family I'm sorry for your loss. please accept my condolences. My prayers are with the family.

I met Jon at a luncheon for Metallica at Bill Gram Civic Auditorium in San Francisco when Metallica was inducted into the San Francisco walk of fame .
Thanks to my friend Lauri who worked at KSJO Radio in San Jose California for inviting me to lunch with Metallica . RIP Jon and thank you for guiding Metallica to the bay area
