With heavy hearts, we share the passing of Jonathan Blaine Brown on September 30, 2025, at the age of 38, surrounded by the love of his family. Jon was born on January 23, 1987, to Garn and Carol Brown, who were blessed to call him their son.

Jon was the kind of person who lit up every room he rolled into. His wit, humor, and thoughtful nature made everyone feel seen and valued. He had a special gift for making people smile, and his genuine care for others was evident in everything he did. Whether he was sharing a laugh, offering a helping hand, or simply checking in to make sure someone was okay, Jon had an incredible way of making everyone feel important.

He is deeply missed by his parents, Garn and Carol Brown; his brothers, Scott (Lisa) and Jared (Sarah); and his beloved nephews and nieces-Logan, Zander, Zeke, Liv, Charly, and Sydney.

Jon's legacy of love, kindness, and laughter will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.

Funeral Services for Jon will be held on Thursday, October 9, 2025, at Noon at the Salt Lake Hunter Copperhill Stake Center at 6710 West 4145 South, West Valley City, Utah.Viewings will be held Wednesday, October 8, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 Redwood Road, Taylorsville, Utah and again on Thursday, October 9, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the Stake Center.

Interment will be at the Centerville City Cemetery, 650 East 400 South, Centerville, Utah.
