Jonathan Tyler Morgan

Jonathan Tyler Morgan age 41, of Decatur, Tennessee passed away Sunday, November 2, 2025 from injuries sustained in a car accident. He was born in East Ridge, Tennessee and spent most of his childhood in Chickamauga, Georgia. He graduated from Gordon Lee High School – Class of 2002. He had been a member of Oakwood Baptist Church in Chickamauga, GA. He enjoyed riding Harley-Davidson motorcycles, singing and was a very talented cook, especially BBQ. For the past thirteen years he has resided in the Decatur area, where he helped manage Forkers BBQ and Catering, and The Trough Sports Bar in Harrison, Tennessee. He is preceded in death by his grandparents: Reverend Billy Blackstock, Fred and Lynette Morgan. He is survived by his children: Autumn, Gabriel and Michaella Morgan, parents: Clifford and Donna Morgan all of Chickamauga, grandmother: Joyce Blackstock, sister: Latisha (David) Quarterman, niece: Harper Quarterman all of Ringgold, GA. A private visitation and funeral service will be held to celebrate Jonathan's life with Pastor Frank Kelley officiating. Burial will be in Lakewood Memory Gardens-South, Rossville, Georgia.
