My greatest memory of JP was his ability to remember! People we've known, specific events or conversations that we'd had over a 28 year friendship all came back to him like it happened yesterday, no matter how long ago it occurred. I will miss our not so frequent, but 30-40 minute conversations we'd have every month or so. We'd share kid stories or what they were into, talk about current events, and eventually take a stroll down memory lane. We had a very similar sense of humor so there are 100's of texts and Instagram posts/memes we've shared that I've found myself going back through these past couple of days. Not nearly as close as we once were, I will miss having a friend like JP. I've got a lot of friends, but not one who could fill his shoes. So much I wish I would have said, so much I should have thanked him for or done more to stay close. I miss him very much & the Paschal family will certainly be in my prayers.
