Jonathan Poland Obituary

Jonathan Todd Poland, 61, of Rome, Ga passed away on June 5th 2023 at Floyd Medical Center. Todd was born to his parents, Jean Thrasher Poland & Dalton Daniel Poland on March 3rd 1962. Todd is survived by his sister Vanessa Poland Gravitt (Don), brother David Poland (Laura), nephew Christopher Poland (Cindy), nephew Travis Poland (Kaela), niece Allison Gravitt & great nephew Locke Poland.

Todd attended Garden Lakes Elementary School and Coosa High School. He was a Christian and was last a member of a Baptist church in Cedar Bluff, Alabama. He loved military history, automotive, camping and was a gun & knife enthusiast and collector. Todd will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Rest in Peace, Todd.

A celebration of life will be held on July 1st 2023 at Anniston City Meeting Center , 1615 Noble Street, Anniston, AL 36201 at 2pm Central Time.

Shot guns with him for years down here on the lake. Use to hang out all the time when he lived down here. Hated it when he moved back to rome. I got alot of memories with him at the Poland house on the lake.

Todd was our neighbor when we came to Garden Lakes. The Poland family were our friends. We are sorry to learn of his passing.

The Poland´s lived across the street from us when we moved to Garden Lakes. They were good neighbors. Lots of memories when the kids were little. We are sorry to learn of Todd´s death. Love and prayers for all of your.
