To the Devellis family, I am so sorry to hear of the loss of Jordyn. Some of my happiest childhood memories are at your house playing dolls and doing makeup with Jordyn when we were kids, and at get togethers in your backyard. Jordyn was a beautiful, vibrant person and was always kind to me. My thoughts are with you during this difficult time. Sincerely, Edie Howell

Dear Jordyn you were my grand niece for a time much shorter than we were entitled to. You were beautiful and talented and gifted with a beautiful singing voice, a sweet disposition and an unending love of animals.
I remember how you Dylan and your Mom loved to visit the local animal shelter on your visits to me in Florida.
You were a pleasure to see and I will always treasure the the tee shirt with the bird that you painted for me.
Rest in peace Jordyn we will always remember you

I knew Jordyn from the DS Drama department. Whether it was a musical with Mr. Hermann and Mr. Walker, or a comedy with Mrs. Bergeron, she was always there. She always had such a warm and friendly presence that brightened every room she entered. We may not have been super close, but I always considered her a friend.
I haven't thought much about those days of rehearsing after school in Mudge Auditorium. I didn't realize until today just how much I've missed putting on those shows with Jordyn and everyone else. I feel sad that I won't ever get to perform with her again. Or talk to her again.
I don't know what she has been up to since the last time I saw her, and I wish I had the chance to speak with her one last time and catch up. But do know that wherever she is, she's happy, healthy, and safe. My deepest condolences to her parents, Rhonda and Peter DeVellis, as well as her brother Dylan. I am so sorry for your loss, and I hope to have the opportunity to see you all again sometime.

I have known Jordyn since she was a toddler. She and my sister Meira were best childhood friends and I have spent many years with her and her family growing up. She was like a little sister to me and she always looked up to me like I was her older brother. She, Dylan, Meira and I spent many play dates together at our houses watching movies, having sleepovers, and birthday parties, playing outside and so much more. Childhood was a very special time and I will always look back on the amazing memories that our families spent together. Watching her grow up and knowing her all these years was an absolute joy in my life and I always remember her love for life, her positive spirit, her love for animals especially her dogs, and how she loved everyone around her. She was taken from this world far too soon but let us remember the good. Sending my love to Dylan, Rhonda, Peter and the entire Devellis family during this time.

Jordyn was my childhood friend, I remember growing up with her. She was one of my best friends in middle and high school. She had so much going for her and could have lived such an amazing life. Getting this news was devastating. I will always remember when she took Dylan to prom, she had a really kind heart. I think that her life could have been so different, and I´m so sad that it ended the way that it did. It really puts into perspective how short life is. Jordyn had such a great family who would have done anything for her. Her mom is amazing, all of her family wanted the best for her, they just wanted her to be the best version of herself that she could be. She truly did have qualities that were so special and seeing her pass is so sad. I truly feel like growing up with her shaped me into the person I became. With all of this being said, I know that she is in a better place now, so for that I am thankful. Rest in peace, I hope you know how loved you were. To her and her family, I truly do wish you all peace and comfort in knowing that she is in a better place now.

Jordyn was someone I have known since I was very little. Though I have not seen her in years, I remember her as a vivacious, loving, and caring person who was friends with me when I didn´t have many friends. I will always appreciate my memories with Jordyn and no matter how far apart we may have grown, I will always be grateful that I got to know her. I pray for Jordyn, aswell as everyone in the family. I love you all dearly and I am so sorry for your loss.
