Jorge Rene Chavez Zamora, a beloved member of the Nogales community, passed away on March 22, 2024, leaving a profound void in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing him.
Born on November 24, 1956, in Nogales Sonora, Jorge was a dedicated individual who became the proud owner of Floreria Los Girasoles in Nogales Arizona. His business not only brought beauty to the community but also served as a testament to his entrepreneurial spirit and hard work.
Described as a great husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend, Jorge touched the lives of many with his kindness, generosity, and unwavering support. His commitment to his family was evident in every aspect of his life.
Jorge's legacy lives on through his surviving family members: his devoted wife Isabel Chavez; loving children Jorge Rene Chavez and Dulce Isabel Andrade; brothers Carlos, Daniel, Ramon, and Martin; sisters Adela, Danyra, and Teresa. Though he may no longer be physically present, his memory will continue to be cherished by all who knew him.
In addition to his surviving family members, Jorge is reunited in eternal peace with his deceased family: Lamberto Chavez (brother), Lourdes Chavez (sister), Carlos Chavez (father), and Danyra Zamora (mother).
A man of great character and integrity, Jorge's proudest accomplishments were not only in business but also in the relationships he nurtured throughout his life. His warm smile and compassionate soul will be dearly missed by those fortunate enough to have called him family or friend.
Services to honor and remember Jorge Rene Chavez Zamora will be held at Martinez Funeral Chapels - Nogales for visitation on March 25th from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A Mass will take place at Sacred Heart Catholic Church on March 26th at 2:00 PM followed by burial at Nogales Cemetery at 3:15 PM.
As we mourn the loss of an exceptional individual, let us also celebrate a life well-lived and a man deeply loved. Jorge's spirit will forever remain in our memories as we carry forward the lessons he imparted through his actions and love for all.
