Jorge Mario Delgado, beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, passed away peacefully at the age of 91 in Pasadena, Texas. Born in Arequipa, Peru, Jorge was the son of Carlos Humberto Delgado and Mercedes Bustamante Vargas.
On November 21, 1962, Jorge married the love of his life, Maria Isabel Luna Delgado. Together they shared 64 beautiful years of marriage, building a legacy of love, resilience, and family.
Jorge will be remembered for his strength, independence, intelligence, and pride in his heritage and family. He was a man of quiet conviction and deep wisdom, whose presence enriched the lives of all who knew him.
He was preceded in death by his sons, Javier Guillermo Delgado and Patricio Delgado.
Jorge is survived by:
Daughters: Isabel Delgado, Rachel Delgado, Rebecca Brown-Pomare and husband Vicente, Mercedes Velazquez and husband Ray, Teresa Ellis, Maria Flores, Hilda Delgado.
Sons: Carlos Delgado, Jose Delgado, Victor Delgado and wife Marisha, Albert Delgado, Eddie Gonzalez, Rogelio Gonzalez
