Jorge Luis Perez Hechavarria, age 34, of Storm Lake, Iowa died September 27, 2025. Funeral services will take place Thursday, October 2, 2025 at 10:30 a.m. at the Fratzke & Jensen Funeral Home in Alta. Burial will be in the Storm Lake Cemetery in Storm Lake. Visitation will be held Wednesday, October 1, 2025 from 4-8:00 p.m. at the Fratzke & Jensen Funeral Home in ALTA. The Fratzke & Jensen Funeral Home in Alta is in charge of the arrangements. Jorge was born March 16, 1991, the son of Jorge Perez Yero and Aurelia Ana Hechavarria in Cuba. Jorge was an animal lover and dogs held a special place in his heart. He worked at Tyson in Storm Lake where he made many friends and enjoyed spending his lunch breaks with his coworkers. Jorge lived a life full of joy and happiness. You could find him having fun on the dance floor wearing his signature fluorescent green clothing. He was loved by many and will be deeply missed.
