It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Jose Guadalupe Lopez, affectionately known as "Che," who left us on May 26, 2024, at the age of 41. Jose was born on December 17, 1982, in Bakersfield, California, to Maria Catalina Garcia Lopez and the late Esteban Lopez Vega.
Jose was a beloved father to his children, Guadalupe Lopez Miranda and Jose Luis Lopez Miranda, who were the pride and joy of his life. He is survived by his beloved mother, Maria Catalina Garcia Lopez, and siblings Esteban Lopez, Javier Lopez, Roberto Lopez, Saul Lopez, Jorge Lopez and Maribel Lopez.
Jose is preceded in death by his father, Esteban Lopez Vega, who passed away on April 24, 2024 and Alfonso Lopez, who passed on December 21, 2002.
Jose will be remembered for his kind spirit, his dedication to his family, and most definitely his sense of humor. His memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who loved him.
The family extends their heartfelt thanks to all who have offered their condolences and support during this difficult time.
Rest in peace, Che. Your presence will be deeply missed, but your spirit will always remain with us.
