Jose was a kind soul with a great sense of humor and a heart that showed up for everyone. He was known for always going out of his way to help others. Above all else, Jose was a devoted father. A proud girl dad who loved his daughters deeply and endlessly. His family was his world, and his love for them showed in everything he did. A talented cook, Jose was especially known for his pozole. Jose met the love of his life, Diana, online, and together they built a beautiful life starting in 2011. Their bond was filled with love, laughter, and shared adventures, including trips back to Los Angeles to visit family and a memorable journey to the Grand Canyon. Jose had big dreams for the future, and recently just re-enrolled in college to finish his degree, with the goal of going to law school.
Jose is survived by his wife Diana, their children Leticia and Ariana, his parents Elias Rebollar and Juana Barban, his step father Jose Parias, his grandparents Cira and Leopoldo, his siblings Israel Barban, Elias Rebollar Jr, Omar Rebollar, and Daniel Parias, his mother in law Jeanine Montoya, and his sisters-in-law Tessa Montoya and Alex Perez, along with many other relatives and friends.
