Jose Luis Ruiz 65, of
Pleasantville, New Jersey and formerly of Atlantic City, passed away on Saturday, December 16, 2023. He was born August 19, 1958, in Veracruz, Mexico to Aurora Isabel Ruiz Ramirez and Pedro Terrones Estrada. He was the husband of Maria Elena Villagran.
Jose worked as a batcher for Formica Brothers in
Atlantic City, New Jersey, for over twenty years.
He was preceded in death by: his parents, Aurora Isabel Ruiz Ramirez and Pedro Terrones Estrada.
Jose is survived by: his wife, Maria Elena Villagran; children, Jose Luis Ruiz Villagran and Elizabeth Nayeli Ruiz Villagran; grandchildren, David Santiago Catala Ruiz, Mateo Catala Ruiz and Jose Antonio Catala Ruiz; and a host of other family members and friends.
A Mass of Christian burial to celebrate his life will be 11AM Wednesday, January 3, 2024, at Our Lady Star of The Sea Roman Catholic Church, 2651 Atlantic Avenue,
Atlantic City, New Jersey, where family and friends may view from 10AM to 10:45AM.
